Full Plant Review

The following items are covered in the Full Plant Review.

Is the plant designed properly?

Is the plant equipment functioning properly?

Is the plant being operated correctly?

Is the mix quality within industry norms?

Are the production rates within design criteria and field operating conditions?

Are the energy costs within design criteria and field operating conditions?

Is there opportunity for energy savings / increased energy efficiency?

Is the recycle capability within design criteria and field operating conditions?

Is the plant equipment in good mechanical condition and being properly maintained for a long, useful life?

A detailed 42 page plant audit form is used along with a combustion analyzer, and an executive summary of findings and recommendations is issued.

A Full Plant Review typically takes 1 ½ - 2 days per plant.

For multiple plant owners, plan on 3 plants per week.
